Troubleshooting

Generally the most important debugging information of TellusR shows up in the Solr log. By default you can see it in the GUI at http://localhost:8983/solr/#/~logging. Other important information can be seen in the output of the docker services.

Following is a list of known issues with solutions provided. If yours is not in the list, please contact our support.

NLP-Service log freezes in the process of reindexing

E.g., it freezes showing something like the following:

Solution

Increase the RAM limit for your container. The minimal requirement of the NLP service is 5G.
